Minimums, Rates, More..

We offer services across the SF Bay Area. (Travel charges, if applicable, are negotiated depending on location). Minimums vary; especially during the holidays.

Menus start at $1000 ($1500 for all events between December 10th and 31st). In addition, the cost per server is $200 for about 4-6 hours. One server is required for an event up to 20 people; 2 servers for a bigger guest count; always open to discussion dependent on menu selection. For larger events, will consult and come up with a game plan. Private coursed out menus as well as dinners with wines paired to each course may require additional servers and/or a Sous Chef ($250).

Per person minimums for plated meals are $75 for lunch and family style, and $100 for dinner, and may vary with courses, and menu. (i.e. coursed out menu or family style)

Gratuity not included in the above pricing. Suggested gratuity is between 18% and 25%, just as it is for service in a restaurant. Gratuity is shared by your chef between the servers.

$1000 non-refundable booking deposit or 50% of event total is required to secure your event date*.
