My name is Eder, and im the chef behind PROVECHO. A simplified version of what we offer is this, private chef services that offer a few meals a week that are catered to your own nutritional path, locally sourced ingredients. On the other side of what we offer is catering; from 20 to 200 people, we have you covered. We have experience backing us. We’ve done small birthdays, office events, art galas and weddings.

What our goal is, we want to offer food in a sustainable way. Ingredients that are locally grown and working with purveyors that have the same mindset.

We offer meals that caters to every dietary need; be it keto, gluten free, plant based, etc.
